A huge Bravo Zulu to Bill Fortier and CTV for this report. His effort and outreach to produce this story resonates throughout. I wish we had 10 more reporters with Bill's zeal for information reporting on Afghanistan. It may have only been a 2 minute clip, but due to Bill's work, it's one of the best balanced pieces I've seen in a while.
