Taliban's Lies of the Month, July 2009

I'm making double-sure to get my arithmetic correct this month.

Since October 2008, the Taliban has claimed responsibility for almost 13 Canadian casualties for every one announced by Ottawa. During July, it was 3 Taliban Canadian kill claims (15) versus 1 Canadian announcement (5).
