I agree - itt feels like it's been "written by committee", which it probably was. Then again, these sort of documents likely have input from ALL sorts of quarters.
What intrigues me is the section on outreach - I know he couldn't include it in HIS update, but I look forward to seeing more POLITICIANS explaining Canada's military and its' missions.
