TV documentary: Commons's committee oversight of defence procurement and acquisition

A post by David Pugliese of the Ottawa Citizen at his blog:
I was just talking to Rob Roy a producer at Stornoway Productions who informs me about their latest documentary airing on the “ichannel.”

The documentary is called “Disorder in the House” and it’s about the parliamentary process and military equipment procurement. It asks questions about who is accountable and who is keeping watch over billions of dollars of defence spending? It features Alan Williams, DND’s retired Assistant Deputy Minister of Materiel, and his concerns about the procurement process as well as others.

It airs Monday, March 17 at 9 p.m. eastern on ichannel which is carried on digital cable or satellite channels.

Any ways for those who don’t have digital cable (such as myself) here is a preview of the documentary posted on youtube.
