It's unfortunate that nationalnewswatch.com is slandering the man by their convenient cutoff on the quote: "How do I handle the stress?" laughs Gen. Rick Hillier, Canada's chief of the defence staff. "Not well. I smoke too many cigars. I drink too.."
The missing words are "much coffee".
This is outrageous.
