Further Proof of Canada's Military Leaving Afghanistan

You've read about our frustrations with having to read tea leaves to figure out Canada's future mission in Afghanistan:

"....a weird strip-tease and more types of dancing"

"The Post-2011 Mission Dance Continues"

"The Afghan Mission Dance: What are we waiting for"

Well, a bit more is being revealed via the latest call for a company to train junior Afghan National Army officers in Kabul - this from the Statement of Work for this MERX posting (red highlighting mine):
During the fiscal year 2009/10, the JOSC will be delivered through a series of two preliminary courses. There will be approximately 25-40 ANA candidates per course. The first preliminary course was delivered during the period of April to July 2009. The second preliminary course will be delivered during the period of September 2009 to December 2009. Starting in 2010, four subsequent courses are planned, with the goal to hand over the administration, and instruction of this course to the ANA at the end of the Canadian mandate in Afghanistan.
