Afghan detainee document dump

Stephen Taylor has some exceptional access to the Conservative government in Ottawa, but it's mostly of a political nature not directly relevant to our work here at The Torch. In this one instance, however, he's provided a real treasure trove: a number of original documents pertaining to the Afghan detainee issue, all collected in one place!

I'd correct him on one key point of labelling, though: the original detainee transfer agreement may have been signed by Wardak and Hillier, but it's an agreement between the Government of Afghanistan and the Government of Canada. Given the number of people who continue to either misunderstand or misrepresent Hillier's actions in this matter, I'd suggest it's an important distinction.
