AGAIN with the "Special Envoy"?
On 11 Feb 09, the Liberals asked in the House of Commons "why doesn't Canada appoint a Special Envoy to Af-Pak?"
Two years before that, the then-Senlis Council suggested the same thing.
The answer: not needed.
Yesterday (19 Oct 09), the Liberals asked again.
Canada has:

Canada has:
- An Ambassador to Afghanistan,
- A High Commissioner to Pakistan,
- A Cabinet committee looking at Afghanistan, and
- A Special Committee on the Canadian Mission in Afghanistan.
I don't think so.
