C-17 Medevac

It's not just about moving tanks and other large cargoes when it comes to Canada's new C-17 aircraft. This video highlights the Medevac configuration as well as giving you a really good idea as to just how large and capable these aircraft are.

ohhhhhhh how I wished we had waited five years to acquire A400M's from EADS/AB.

This kind of story would be so much better then.

Right Mr. Pugliese ?

They are enormous. My first jump at airborne school was out of C-17, and it was my first ride in one too. Come to think of it, that means I've taken off but not landed in one; curious.

I've had luggage on Air Canada that took off but never landed.

On more than one occasion.

Does that count ??

Only if they threw it out the door in flight!

Also, in addition to the one-way trip in a C-17, parachute is the only way I've visited the state of Alabama. Curiouser still!
