That's 12:1 for 2009 - still well above the Taliban's overall exaggeration ratio for 2009 (3.6:1).

One surprise: WAY fewer Taliban statements and death claims in December 2009 (7 announcing 20) compared to December 2008 (11 announcing 68).

Maybe they read the papers and know we're leaving?
