“Will Ottawa help man who saved Canadian’s life?”

Here’s the story of an interpreter who’s served six different Canadian officials during the fight in Afghanistan.

This and this (PDF here in case links don’t work, and my worries here) is what Canada committed to in September for those who helped Canadians but can’t be protected in Afghanistan.

Barring any new, damning information (given that this is based on a media report that may not share everything heard, written by a reporter who may not be told/hear everything needed), who better to assist after the assistance he’s rendered Canada in general, and Canadians in particular?

I hope the answer to the title of this post can be yes.
