We Remember

These laid the world away; poured out the red
Sweet wine of youth; gave up the years to be
Of work and joy, and that unhoped serene,
That men call age; and those who would have been,
Their sons, they gave, their immortality.

On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, Canada remembers those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. At The Torch, we try to remember those soldiers who fought for us then and now, every day.
