Afstan: Poles and Paktika (Paktia also) province

From our Polish correspondent: "...the [Polish] MoD chief has received positive feedback from Nato HQ regarding taking the responsibility for the entire Paktika province [in the east on the Pakistan border] and he is expecting to obtain similar blessing from [US defense secretary] Gates next week."

Error update: Paktika is in fact its own province; it used to be part of a larger province of Paktia that was split into separate Paktia, Paktika and Khost provinces--thanks to Bruce Rolston for pointing out the error to me (I should have read the whole Wiki entry).
