Canadian Naval Review: "Broadsides" forum

About the Review:
The Canadian Naval Review is published quarterly by the Centre for Foreign Policy Studies at Dalhousie University. It is a professional journal examining a wide range of naval issues from a Canadian perspective with particular emphasis on the strategic concepts, policies, procurement programs and operations of the Canadian Navy. This initiative brings together members of the Canadian naval community and is a component of the Centre’s Maritime Security Program and a continuation of the Centre’s long involvement in naval and maritime issues....

The first topic, "Debating Defence and Naval Policy", deals in particular with the Conservative government's funding (or lack thereof) of the Navy, and other maritime matters such as the need for the Navy in the Arctic.
